- We offer a full refund of purchase (minus original shipping costs) if returned unopened within 30 days of receiving order.
- We offer full refunds to defective products.

Overall Shipping Policy
- We are a small, 2-person family business and manage every aspect of the business ourselves, including the production of our products and shipping. Because we hand make every item and pack and ship directly from our workshop, processing of orderings can take anywhere from 5-7 business days. In most cases, we process orders within 3-7 business days Mon-Fri; however, product restocks, launches and holidays can result in larger than normal order volume and slow down processing. For all orders placed on our restock days (Sundays), please allow up to a maximum of 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders placed during product launches or holidays can take up to 7-10 business days to ship. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you cannot locate this email, be sure to check both junk and spam folders from a laptop or desktop. We also encourage making an account with us to track your order status.
- We ship all packages via USPS, whose address database is tied directly to 911 emergency. Make sure you have a valid address, registered with 911 and the federal post office to ensure accuracy of address and delivery.
- All packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, which takes anyway from 2-4 business days to arrive. If a package takes longer than 4 business days once shipped, feel free to email our customer support email and we can look further into the status of the package.
- Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, once your order is placed we normally cannot change your shipping address, information, or delay/postpone your order. - The notes section in your order may not be used to change address, delay/postpone your order, or make any adjustments in fulfillment as the fulfillment process is automated and the notes will not be taken into account.
- Please note that once your order has left our workshop and is in the hands of the postal courier, and customers will receive a tracking number via email. At this point, customers should track their packages and inform us of any delays. Shipping takes generally anywhere from 2-4 business days on average, if a packge is taking any longer than that, please let us know right away so we can assist. Once a package is marked delivered by USPS, Forever Healthy, LLC. cannot be held responsible for issues that may occur such as stolen, lost or damaged items. For example, packages left in the mailbox on hot or cold days may cause products to freeze or melt, Forever Healthy LLC nor USPS is technically obligated to resolve these matters. This being said, we strongly suggest customers track your order to the exact ETA provided by USPS. They will provide a precise day and hour of delivery, this way customers can retrieve it immediately.
- Items damaged, lost or stolen while in transit are eligible for compensation via USPS as they are insured. Most of our products are made in small batches and take a lot of time. Therefore, we limited inventory and are unable to provide extremely liberal replacement polices and instead insure the packages for these rare cases, in which we can offer refunds or replacements depending on inventory. If an item is broken or damaged in transit, a claim can be filed quickly by going to www.USPS.com/fileclaim. USPS prefers that customer’s filing domestic claims, due to the nature of legitimacy and for providing evidence, such as proof of damaged shipping packages. We are responsible for filing international claims to Canada.
- Track all packages closely and acquire the estimated day/time of delivery to anticipate arrival. Dietary supplements are temperature sensitive due to the gelatin in capsules, and many of our beauty products are potentially meltable. They are kept in temperature controlled environments up to the point of deliver, so the mailbox is the most vulnerable place. Tracking to anticipate arrival is strongly suggested, especially in the hot months.
- Lost/Stolen Items: Sometimes USPS loses packages or delivers to the wrong address. If you suspect your package has been stolen or lost, you have to file a claim with USPS. USPS will not let us (the sender) make a claim, only the customer (recipient), whose name the order was placed in. Sometimes customers make errors/typos with their shipping address. This can be confirmed by reviewing your confirmation email.
Domestic Shipping Policy
- Flat-rate shipping of $9.20 on all orders within the United States.
- Orders placed between 8am – 10am EST should be processed in 3-7 business days.
- Weekend delivery is not available.
- Expected delivery times based on shipping option:
– Flat-rate Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days (expect delays during/around holidays)
– Ground Advantage Shipping: 2-4 business days (expect delays during/around holidays)
International Shipping Policy
- We only ship to Canada
- Flat Rate International Shipping is $26.99

- Weekend delivery is not available.
- If your item doesn’t arrive within 4-5 weeks, you can file a lost package claim with USPS before the 60 day period.
International Shipping Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.
Additional Considerations
- Customs: customs offices in some countries require the recipient (importer of record) to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, Tax ID, or CPF.
- Forwarding Companies: We strongly advise against the use of a forwarding company for various reasons. The use of such companies will void the USPS insurance, and we and USPS will be unable to provide assistance with tracking, filing claims, etc. We are also unable to supply the requested forms. Lastly, since we do not ship internationally, we do not collect VAT tax, and sending via forwarder may attempt to bypass VAT tax. Please reframe from using these companies.
Confirmation Emails
Order confirmation emails may arrive in junk or spam folders. Since email applications on smart phones (Gmail App, Yahoo App, etc), do not show all mail, be sure to check your email using a computer or web browser.
